Hospice Gran Fondo

The Hospice Gran Fondo is a family friendly event offering riders of all abilities the opportunity to ride along some of the most beautiful bike routes WNY has to offer. Riders can ride 62 miles (a metric century: 100 km), 30 miles, and 15 miles.

Founded in 2014, the first annual Hospice Gran Fondo bike ride had over 600 riders and raised over $25,000 for Niagara Hospice. Over 100 riders responded to our post-ride survey and all said they would recommend our ride to their friends. We look forward to continuing to grow the Hospice Gran Fondo into one of the premiere bicycle rides in the area, while raising funds for and awareness of Niagara Hospice care.

With Niagara Wine Trail sponsored refreshment stops, pre and post-ride parties, and beautiful routes for riders of all ages and abilities, the Hospice Gran Fondo is a Gran Fondo like no other. Note: This ride is not a timed event.

By participating in the Hospice Gran Fondo Bike Ride, you will not only be supporting a good cause – Niagara Hospice – you will also enjoy a beautiful, scenic ride throughout Niagara Wine Country, as well as:

• Pit Stops along the course with food and water/gatorade, many of which are at Niagara Wine Trail wineries
