A self supported real Wild West outlaw 70 mile gravel adventure!
A big loop starting at the high point in Mosquero, descends south along and on top of a 1900s coal train Dawson rail line. Turning back north halfway at the lowest point to the Church of the Immaculate Conception Historic Church. A small paved section to give you a rest before “the BEAR”! 1600’ climb with 5 possible water crossings, switchbacks with pitches of 15%, possible bear sightings, and incredible way back in there views.
Start and finish will be at the NEW Callahan West Brewery right on Main St. with lots of beer, food for purchase, and Restrooms and start right in town.
