ARE YOU READY FOR AN EPIC ADVENTURE?

That itch to do something exciting, different, and maybe a little crazy. We weren’t meant to spend huge chunks of our day plugged into the internet, stuck in traffic, or glued to a desk. Our natural human instincts are being ignored, and it’s time to do something about it.

The Epic is your opportunity to break the pattern. Yes – you will be taken out of your comfort zone. Yes – you will have moments where your body and mind are screaming for you to quit. But – your strength and resilience will see you through.

Upon finishing this epic adventure you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you took this beast of a race head on and conquered the day. You can’t put a price on that amazing feeling of accomplishment.

Gravel is different everywhere. At Lake of the Ozarks the gravel roads are rideable rain or shine. Throughout the days adventure, you can expect chunky new gravel, fresh graded roads, fast hardpack, creek crossings, big glorious views, tight switchback roads, big hills, and miles upon miles of rollers. The Epic is sure to test your limits, but is also possible to be finished by all riders.

Rider meeting will be Friday night at 7:00pm. We highly recommend that you make the meeting. Course cautions and highlights will be stated. Prizes from some of our great sponsors will be raffled thanks to; Bike Stop Bicycle Stores, Red Wheel Bike Shop, and others. This is also a good time to pick-up your free t-shirt and goodie bag!

Maps and GPS files will be e-mailed to all racers two weeks prior to race start. If you need help uploading the GPS file to your Garmin we will have someone on site at the pre-race meeting to assist you.

The Epic 150 course will have 3 checkpoints, 3 convenience stores, and possibly a surprise oasis.

The Epic 80 course will have 2 checkpoints, 2 convenience stores, and possibly a surprise oasis.

You will need your own sag support or you can utilize our free drop bag service.

Registration $55 until November 27th. Registration will close when the ride is full or on March 25, whichever comes first.
